Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group 18 to 50 years presenting to JIPMER with first episode of psychosis and has not sought treatment for mental illness for more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Caregivers without access to mobile phones 2.Caregivers who cannot read Tamil/English 3.Patients with organic psychosis 4.Psychosis due to substance use 5.Refusal to give informed consent
