Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All male asymptomatic recreational tennis players between the ages of 18 to 30 years will be included. 2. Any Hand dominancy 3. Study Participants BMI between 18-24 kg/m2 4. Duration of sporting activities for 2 years with at least 6 months a year and a frequency of a minimum of 40 minutes thrice a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any subjects who will be having any history of upper limb fractures within past 2 months. 2. Acute or Chronic upper & lower limb injuries 3. Shoulder or neck musculoskeletal surgery in the past 6 months. 4. Rotator cuff tears in the past 3 months. 5. Cervical spine pathology and or spinal deformity and glenohumeral joint subluxation. 6. Any joint Dislocation within the past 6 months will be excluded from the study. 7. Any other systemic illness 8. Not willing to participate in the study
