Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with active mucosal chronic otitis media
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known diabetics and immunocompromised patients 2. Acute debilitating conditions 3. Patients with evident fungal or mixed infection (bacterial with fungal) 4. Acute Mucosal chronic otitis media with complications
