Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Incomplete micturation Increased frequency of micturation Intermittency Straining Nocturia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male below 40 yrs Patients suffering from malignancy, congenital deformities of urogenital tract or any other pelvic pathalogy. Uncontrolled hypertension Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Tuberculosis Paralysis Parkinson Patients suffering from anal pathalogies Patients indicated for surgery.
