Intervention1: Itrifal Kishneezi And Sufoof Gesu Daraaz: Patients will receive a Test Drug (Itrifal kishneezi and Sufoof Gesu Daraaz) for oral and local application respectively.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of DHL 2. Female patients with age 18-50 years. 3. Hair loss more than 200 per day 4. Cases of DHL precipitated by following conditions such as typhoid, other febrile illness, major surgery, psychological stress, nutritional deficiencies and crash dieting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients 50 yrs. 2. Patients having other disease like scalp psoriasis, tinea capitis, seborrhic dermatitis, congenital alopecia, Androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, scarring alopecia, lichen planopilaris and trichotillomania. 3. Pregnant and lactating mothers 4. A patient suffering from DM, malignancy, or any organ dysfunction. 5. Received any other medical therapy for DHL within a period of 15 days. 6. Done any surgical correction of scalp hair loss.
