Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Chronic plaque psoriasis 2. Patients of both sexes 3. Patients in age group of 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below and above the age of 18 and 60 years respectively. ï?? Pregnant and lactating mothers. ï?? Patients with previous treatment history of methotrexate or biologic TNF antagonist within 3 months of baseline. ï?? Patients with uncontrollable significant diseases like DM, renal failure, hepatic failure and cardiac comorbidities. ï?? Patients suffering from other concomitant skin diseases like Vitiligo, Eczema, Lichen Simplex & Seborrheic Dermatitis. ï?? Patients with Erythrodermic and Pustular psoriasis
