Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with acne vulgaris attending during the study period will be included, categorized into mild, moderate, severe, and very severe acne ( according to GLOBAL ACNE GRADING SYSTEM â?? SCORE ). Age, sex, skin phototype matched healthy controls will be taken.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases receiving therapeutic interventions such as systemic corticosteroid, vitamin D supplements, PUVA and /or NB-UVB, use of OCPâ??s in the past three months. Patients who used alcohol in the past three months. Pregnancy and Lactation.
