Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between 35-60 years of age Patients of both genders Fasting blood sugar >=126 - Post prandial blood sugar >=200 -

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient less than 35 & above 60 years of age Fasting blood sugar >=200 Post prandial blood sugar >=300 Pregnant and lactating women Patient with history of any systemic illnesses Patients who are on medication > 3hypoglycaemic drugs Patients with any known Cardiovascular disease.
