Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled to undergo percutaneous tracheostomy in the ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Local site infection, Deranged coagulation, Difficult airway history, neck surgery or previous tracheostomy, Any known neck pathology, cervical spine trauma/disease, Intracranial hypertension,Severe acute respiratory distress, severe hemodynamic instability, Unstable arrhythmias
