Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I and II Duration of surgery 1 to 3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia Acute or chronic neurological disorder ASA III and IV Patient on long term analgesic and opoids History of drug allergy History of taking antidepressant and antipsychotic Inability to communicate with patient
