Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women working on permanent basis in the garment factory of Kolar. Aged more than 18 years and having their own mobile phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant/Lactating women. Those who are leaving the job in next 6 months. Those who are enrolled in other similar studies. Those who are physically challenged. Self reported history of Myocardial Infarction/Stroke/Psychiatric disorders.
