Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) COVID free patients who require surgical remediation for one or more orthopedic surgeries for shoulder or knee joints. (b) Patients who are consenting to donate their tissues (which are routinely discarded during or after shoulder or knee surgeries) for research purpose.

Type & proportion of collagen type present in the harvested tissues before and after treatment with registered pharmaceutical productTimepoint: Tissues will be analyzed within 72 to 96 hours from removal from the body (based on viability of the harvested tissues).
