Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI Patients with normal spinal anatomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any contraindication to sub-arachnoid block 2. History of spine surgery 3. Coagulopathies/patient on antiplatelets/anticoagulant drugs 4. Uncooperative patient/ Patient refusal 5. Pregnancy 6. Increased intracranial pressure 7. Sepsis 8. Any neurological disease
