Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting glucose between 100 and 125 mg per dl or postprandial glucose of 140 to 199 mg per dl With signs and symptoms of Prameha and Pre Diabetes Family history of diabètes. Daily Minimum physical activity Age 30 years to 60 years Sex Both male and female Overweight individuals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-diagnosed DM Type II patients Insulin dependent DM Evidence of any acute metabolic, vascular, infective complications Abnormal LFT, RFT Pregnancy and lactating mother Unable to provide written informed consent.
