Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All gender. 2 Age group between 40-70 years 3 Individuals diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis according to clinical diagnostic criteria of American College of Rheumatology (annexure -VIII ) 4 Individuals with core muscles and hip stabilizers deficit 5 Knee pain score more than 3- on NPRS scale 6 Individuals who are willing to participate voluntarily in the study by signing an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual with a history of prolonged steroid therapy 2. Individual with a history of lower limb and spinal fractures and major trauma 3. Individual with a history of pain in the back or lower limb (other than the knee) during the last 3 months. 4. Individual with a history of lower limb, trunk and spinal surgery. 5. Pregnant women. 6. Individual suffering from neurological or vestibular disorder. 7. Individuals actively enrolled in a physiotherapy treatment program within previous 3 months. 8. Individual with a history of Systemic infection. 9. Participants with a BMI > 35 kg/m2 10. Non cooperative individuals
