Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Group Y - Age 18-59 years 2 Group G - Age 60 years and above 3 ASA grade I and II 4 Orthopedic surgery on lower limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patientâ??s refusal 2 Pregnancy 3 Difficult Airway 4 Patients with asthma and COPD 5 Coagulation disorders 6 Uncontrolled co morbidities 7 Spinal Deformities

1. To study spinal level achieved in young patients 2. To study spinal level achieved in geriatric patients 3. To study haemodynamic parameters in young and geriatric patients. 4. To evaluate side effects and complications in all the patients. Timepoint: 1]Baseline. 2]5 mins,3]10 mins,4]15 mins, 5] 30 mins, 6]60 mins, 7] 90 mins, 8] 120 mins and 9] 150 mins
