Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Females of age group 25-60 years posted for elective or emergency gynaecological surgeries 2.ASA physical status I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal by patient for the procedure 2.patient for whom central neuraxial block is contraindicated 3.Patients with neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine disorder, psychiatric illness 4. Patient with known allergy to study drug 5. Pregnant and breast feeding women
