Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing PCNL who develop a febrile episode (body temperature > 37°C) post operatively. 2. Patients who give consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant females. 2. Patients with urinary diversion. 3. Presence of Malignancy. 4. Presence of hematological disease. 5. Patients with post-operative complications graded Clavein-Dindo 2 and above. 6. Paediatric patients. 7. Pre Stented patients. 8. Presence of indwelling catheters.
