Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case diagnosed according to WHO ctriteria patients with dengue NS1 antigen positive and IGM ELISA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension diabetes and cardiac disease malaria calcium suppliments those on antihypertensive/antiarrhythmic agents any drugs affecting calcium homeostasis those who doesnt give consent malabsorption syndrome renal dysfunction
