Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected, Isolated admitted subjects for SARS COV-2 infection, clinically assigned score 4-8 as stable moderate dedicated to COVID Health Centre Age >= 18 The patient who will be cooperative and want to participate in the study Not intake of any medications, herbs, or other complementary therapy in recent 8 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic or sensitive to any food item included in this study design Critical patients with comorbidities of metabolic, psychiatric, neurological illness, or autoimmune disorders Secondary malignancy On steroid therapy Patients very weak and unstable Pregnant women

To implement holistic traditional natural complementary alternative medicine (HTNCAM) protocols based on hygiene, nutrition and mind-body-soul relaxation and assess immune, metabolic, clinical and psychosocial outcomes of pre and post interventions in Covid -19 suspects and isolated.Timepoint: until patient is discharged

1. To compare and assess immune, metabolic, clinical and psychosocial outcomes between interventional and non-interventional arm 2. To assess importance of scheduled timely, regular implementations of HTCAM protocols to improve quality of life, symptomatic relief and time taken for improvement in clinical condition pre and post with and without intervention in Covid-19 suspects kept in isolation.Timepoint: until patient is discharged
