Intervention1: Anuvasana Basti , Nasya karma: In group A 15 patients will be administrated anuvasana basti karma with masha taila Dose- 150 ml per day Duration-11 days Mode of Administration-Enema .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients Diagnosed as Pakshagata (CVA with Hemiplegia) 2 Mild to Moderate Hypertensive 3 Patients indicated for Nasya and Basti Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients of intracranial infection 2 Patients with degenerative lesion 3 Patients of trauma 4 Patients under Asadhya (incurable) category as per Dalhana commentary
