Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate whether variation in pupillary diameter & pupillary reaction latency are associated with hypotension after subarachnoid block Timepoint: Vitals & pupiary parameters taken 1 min from baseline (pre op) after subarachnoid block then 2min interval upto 15 mins then 15-15 mins interval upto 1 hr then 30 -30 mins interval till completion of surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine a cutoff for various pupillometry parameters, if any, to determine risk of hypotension & sever hypotension Timepoint: Vitals & pupillary parameters taken 1 min from baseline (pre op) after subarachnoid block then 2min interval upto 15 mins then 15-15 mins interval upto 1 hr then 30 -30 mins interval till completion of surgery
