Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria 2.Rheumatoid arthritis with less than 5 years of chronicity. (Parameters in ACR-EULAR criteria : Duration of symptoms,joint distribution, acute phase reactants) 3.Subjects who are fit for basti karma. 4.Subjects who are ready to give written consent for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with other systemic disorders which interfere with the intervention. 2.Rheumatoid arthritis with deformities like Swan neck deformity, Boutonniere deformity, z-shaped deformity,Rheumatic nodules. 3.Pregnant & Lactating women. 4.Subjects suffering from rectal pathologies like haemorrhoids, fissure, and rectal prolapse.
