Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged between 4 to 12 years 2. Children undergoing planned surgeries 3. Children experiencing various levels of anxiety 4. Children have ability to carry out the activity 5. Children who read, write & understand Hindi/English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing emergency surgery 2. Mentally retarded children 3. Children with hearing impairment 4. Children undergoing ear surgeries. 5. Children participating in any other trial. 6. Children who is not completing the session
