Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Primary Hypothyroidism Sub clinical Hypothyroidism Irrespective of gender, religion and occupation

MeasureTime frame
In 90 patients improvements in the subjective criteria such as Tiredness & Weakness , Dry skin , Feeling cold , Hair loss ,Difficulty in Concentration ,Constipation , Hoarse voice, Impaired hearing,Puffiness over Face ,Menorrhagia will be observes as per gradation method. Improvement in Thyroid profile is also expected.Timepoint: Subjective criteria and Thyroid profile will be assessed at baseline,4 weeks, 8 weeks and after the completion of treatment (12 weeks)
