Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate and compare clinical and radiographic outcome of Open Flap Debridement (OFD) and Advanced - Platelet Rich Fibrin (A-PRF) with and without Intra Marrow Penetration (IMP) in the treatment of periodontal intrabony defectsTimepoint: baseline, 3 months and 6 months post operatively

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcome of OFD and A-PRF with IMP in the treatment of periodontal intrabony defects. To evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcome of OFD and A-PRF alone in the treatment of periodontal intrabony defects. To compare and correlate the differences in the clinical and radiographic outcome of OFD and A-PRF with and without IMP. Timepoint: baseline, 3 months and 6 months post operatively
