Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical signs & symptoms of Janu sandigata vata like: 1. Patients with janu sandhi shoola, Akunchana prasarana vedana,Sandhi Atopa. 2. Patientsâ?? age group 40 to 60 years irrespective of sex, religion and socioeconomic status will be taken. 3. Patients who are fit for Basti and are willing to sign the informed consent will only be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary Knee OA 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Patients having other systemic disorders which may interfere with the course of the disease and its management. 4. Patients who are incapacitated, bed ridden and confined to wheel chair.
