Intervention1: Guduchi Bala Taila Ashwagandhadya Ghrita : Guduchi Bala Taila-Oil required for filling the ear canal completely for 2 sittings of 7 days karnapoorana with gap of 7 days Ashwagandhadya

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients having lakshanas of karnanada. • Patients aged between 40-70yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients suffering from CSOM. •Cases of tinnituswhich have surgical intervention. •Tinnitus associated with disease like â?? any growth of middle ear, Aneurysms of carotid artery, palatal myoclonus, and meningitis. • Patient suffering from any chronic debilitating disease like â?? DM, HTN, KOCHâ??S. • Pregnant, immune compromised patients.
