Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A)Age in between 30 to 70 years B)Patient having serum uric acid concentration more than 7.0mg/dl in male and more than 6.0ml/dl in female C)patient having symptoms of Vatarakta 1)Kandu-Itching 2)Daha-Burning sensation 3)Ruja-Pain 4)Ayama-Dilation of vessels 5)Toda-Pricking pain 6)Sphurrana-Trebling or throbbing sensation 7)Swhayathu kathinya-Hard swelling 8)Brisharthi-Excruciating deep vein 9)Shyawata-Cynosis or pallor 10)Tamra Twak-Coppery discolouration

Exclusion criteria: A]Age below 30 years and above 70 years B] Patient not willing for trial. C]Patient suffering from following disorders: Rheumatoid arthritis,Osteo arthritis,Diabetes mellites, Hypertension,Patient taking Anti tubercular drugs,Renal and liver disorders,Obesity, Hypothyroidism-Thyrotoxicosis, Chronic haemolytic anaemia, Starvation Pregnant/Lactating women. D]Patient having associated chronic ailments.
