Inclusion criteria: Students enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate program in colleges in India.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Participants who have a score of greater than or equal to 2 in GHQ 5. b. Using a smartphone for a period of less than 12 months.
