Inclusion criteria: Patients of Janusandhigata vata Age group-40 to 60 yrs Snehana Arha Swedana Arha Basti Arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Snehana Anarha Swedana Anarha Basti Anarha osteoarthritis secondary to rheumatoid arthritis Any other systemic conditions which may interfere the treatment K/C/O-TB CA Gout
