Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically proven cardiac disease like myocardial infarction & heart failure admitted in cardiology are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with no evidence of myocardial infarction & no evidence of heart failure will be excluded 2) Those with psychic illness are excluded. 3) Those who refuse to give consent for participation in the study are excluded
