Health Condition 1: I838- Varicose veins of lower extremities with other complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Podi Thimirdhal (External therapy): The therapy is given for 30-45 minutes daily for 1 week alternate days in 2nd week two days once in 3rd week and three days once in 4th week for 30 d

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in the lower limbs showing mild to moderate tortuous dilated vein involving great saphenous vein and small saphenous vein with or without perforator incompetence and spider veins Ankle oedema, skin changes, hyperpigmentation and itching in the lower extremities due to varicosities Clinically diagnosed with primary varicose veins Willing for admission in IPD for 48 days or willing to attend OPD regularly. Patients who are willing to participate in this study with knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with deep vein thrombosis Patients with varicose ulcers Patient with secondary varicosities Patients with equines deformity and calcification
