Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy volunteers with consistent sleep wake schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sleep disorders, depression, any h/o psychiatric disorder, h/o acute illness likely to affect sleep wake schedule
