Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective cataract surgery under monitored anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Preexisting hypoxic patients -Patients with complicated cataract -Patients Body mass index more than 35 kg/m2 -Deviated nasal septum and nasal obstruction patients -Patients not cooperative for surgery
