Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any medical professionals completely naïve to neonatal resuscitation and can spare full working hours of a day in groups for training and subsequent assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Candidate who have done any form of neonatal resuscitation in the past will be excluded. 2.Candidates developing VR sickness during training will also be excluded

a) After the training, all the subjects will be tested for their efficacy of training using the traditional Mannequin method by a NRP certified instructorTimepoint: Subjects will be assessed the same day
