Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. GCS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 65 or less than 18 years of age 2. Patients with significant extracranial injury (AIS more than 4) 3. Moribund patients with GCS less than 5 who are not expected to survive beyond 48 h 4. Patients with medical history of cardio-thoracic surgery or significant cardiovascular events (stroke, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, pacemaker, atrial fibrillation, or congestive heart disease) and patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.
