Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients above 18 years 2. Patient with moderate to severe acne scars according to goodman and baron scoring system 3. Patient willing to participate and provide signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other forms of scars 2. Patients with known hypersenstivity to anesthesia 3. Pregnancy and lactation 4. Active infection over face 5. Patients with active diseases such as vitiligo, lichen planus and psoriasis 6. Patients with unrealistic expectations

to evaluate efficacy of single session multimodal approach for moderate to severe acne scars using tumescent anesthesia, subcision, fractional co2 laser and stromal vascular fractionTimepoint: The patient would be assessed at baseline (day 0), day 5, day 15, day 30 and day 90.
