Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients with ICU stay >48 hours will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: consent refusal, Pregnant and lactating mothers, Age ICU admission, Patient on multivitamin or Neutraceuticals supplements, Chronic mal-absorption syndromes or chronic diarrhea and Cancer patients
