Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having parikartika symptoms like gudagata shool, gudagata raktasrava,Daha. Selection of patient will be irrespective of sex,religion, socio-economic class. Both acute and chronic Fissure in ano cases will be taken for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with sentinel tag Known case of Ulcerative colitis,crohns disease HIV,HbsAg positive patients Carcinoma of Rectum Pregnancy
