Inclusion criteria: Refractive error attending paediatric out patient department at Aravind Eye Hospital Pondicherry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any eye pathology Previous ophthalmic surgery History of contact lens wear Non cooperative patients Nystagmus Allergic to cyclopentolate eye drop Children with absent neck holding History of trauma or Red eye Children with systemic illness
