Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients giving written consent 2) ASA Grade I-III 3) Age 18-90 that were scheduled for elective lower extremity TJA 4) All patients will remain admitted until stitches will be removed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients not giving consent 2) Complications of pneumonia, wound infection, urinary tract infection, malignancy, chronic inflammatory disease history or corticosteroid use 3) Emergency operations
