Inclusion criteria: 1) Both gender 2) Lawyers who are the member of the Bar Association in the sub-divisional court of Tezpur. 3)Lawyers who are in the profession from last 6 months and above.

The study results will give the estimate of psychosocial correlates of job satisfaction among lawyers. Study will provide the data on mental health status, occupational stress, burnout, job satisfaction, work to family conflict and family to work conflict among lawyers. To formulate psychiatric social work interventions plan for the lawyers.It may be designed to help employees manage work versus life balance and understand how stress can affect job satisfaction.Timepoint: 15 months—
