Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All those cases between the age of 18 to 70 years operated for elective Whipple�s pancreaticoduodenectomy from January 2020 to March 2022 in the department of surgical gastroenterology at Osmania general hospital 2.All patients who underwent Neo Adjuvant chemotherapyPrior to surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.This study excluded patients who refused randomization 2.Those requiring vascular resection and reconstruction of vein and artery multi visceral resection 3Severe comorbidity, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , liver cirrhosis

Compare difference in morbidity and mortality between the 2 groups . following parameters are compared delayed gastric empting ; postoperative fluid collection; operation time, hospital stay , mortality rate Timepoint: 90 days
