Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Evidence of renal calculus , confirmed by USG Renal colicky pain:loin to groin Nausea, vomiting and sweating Haematuria Oliguria Dysuria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic appendicitis Cholecystitis Pyelonephritis Recurrent UTI Diabetes mellitus Hyperthyroidism,hyperparathyroidism Pelvic inflammatory disease Chronic renal failure

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in severity of renal colicky pain,nausea, vomiting, haematuria,dysuria,pyuria and oliguria Kidney stone is expelled to come out as such or disintegrated and mixed with urine will be ensuredTimepoint: 45 days

Reduction in size of the kidney stone in USG abdomen and pelvisTimepoint: 45 days
