Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples medically diagnosed with primary infertility. Consent will be obtained from both the partners prior to the interview. 2. Couples able to read English and Kannada 3. The couples must be undergoing the IVF treatment for the first time 4. They have successfully completed one week of embryo transplant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have previously undergone an infertility treatment 2. Couples who have had children previously 3. Women who have suffered miscarriages previously 4. Either couple who have been previously or is currently diagnosed with a psychiatric illness
