Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted with Organophosphorus poisoning in the intensive care unit of Kasturba hospital Manipal. 2.Organophosphorus poisoning patients those who are on treatment with injection Atropine infusion. 3.Organo phosphorus poisoned patients above 18 years and who are willing to participate in the study by giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Organophosphorus poisoning patients those who are not on treatment with injection atropine infusion 2.Organophosphorus poisoned Patients less than 18 years
