Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pratyatma lakshanas of tamaka shwasa like kasa,shwasa krichrata,ghurgurata,asinolabhate soukyam,parshwashula,jwara. 2.Patient who are suitable for vamana virechana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged less than 16yr and more than 60 yrs. 2. Patient who are not suitable for vamana virechana. 3. Patients having other systemic disorder like respiratory failure,COPD,lung cancer,pulmonary embolism,tuberculosis,acute IHD,sepsis,pulmonary HTN,emphysema etcâ?¦
