Health Condition 1: N461- Oligospermia

Interventions

Intervention1: Chatuprasrutik Basti: Two Basti course of Chatuprasrutik Basti will be given in single group of 50 patients with interval of 1 month each for 6 days. Dose - 336 ml Duration - 2 cycles

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Oligospermia on the basis of semen analysis, -Patient who will give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from systemic diseases like cirrhosis of liver, CRF, etc -Patients with structural deformity like Epispadias, Hypospadias, Cryptorchidism, Hydrocele, Vericocele etc. -Azoospermia, Aspermia, Necrozoospermia and Teratozoospermia. -Seminoma -Diabetes -Drug abuse patient -Patients receiving antihypertensive treatment -Individuals having previous history of chemotherapy or exposure to radiation. -Patients having genetic and congenital disorders. -Unmarried patient - Patient having addiction of Tobacco, smoking, Alcohol

1) Chatuprasrutik Basti will be effective in Oligospermia. 2) Sperm count and sperm mobility will be increases after treatment.Timepoint: 12 wks
