Health Condition 1: E116- Type 2 diabetes mellitus with other specified complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Mesenchymal stimulating peptides: 15 to 20 mg of Mesenchymal stimulating peptide would then be applied daily in the similar fashion for 15 days to 21 days. No dressing would be applied

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic nonhealing ulcer (CNU) with Wagner Grades 1 and 2 ulcer size between 2 and 10 cm in the area and ankle brachial index more than 0.75 cm and those who signed an informed consent and consent for follow up of the study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not sign the consent Patients who do not fit the inclusion criteria.
